Saline infusion ultrasound

Any ladies get pregnant the same cycle doing this procedure? My right tube is blocked from previous ectopic in 2013 and my left tube is perfectly fine. I also have a small polyp. My doc said there is a Follicle on the left ovary I guess where I'll be ovulating this cycle. Do they my chances ate good this cycle? They say this procedure also helps women conceive.. Any input is appreciated.

I had this procedure done on November 10. I am 14 dpo today and will do a pregnancy test tomorrow. I am 2 days late with AF but feel strongly that I am not pregnant. I will let you know what comes from it. Best wishes and the Lord's blessings.

I have had 2 saline infusion sonograms, both before IVF cycles. The first resulted in nothing. The 2nd I had in September along with an endometrial scratch while they were in there for the sonogram. I am now 10 weeks pregnant from that cycle!
