I would not conclude anything so early on. Having sore breasts, acne, and fatigue, and other symptoms of this sort are common during the lp in pregnant and non pregnant cycles alike and often are a result of progesterone. NOT having symptoms is equally not an indication for pregnancy outcome. Take a pregnancy test once you miss your period. The very best wishes for this cycle.

I usually got sore breasts right after ovulation but they didn't get tender until days later which was a sign this cycle. Also, I usually get one pimple that indicates an impeding AF, but this cycle I was really breaking out. I got a bfp at 8dpo

Also majority of my symptoms disappeared right after I received my BFP, thought it was a chemical pregnancy but I'm still pregnant
