10 dpo

Today I'm 10 dpo. Tonight I wiped and I had a very small amount of pink/brown blood or discharge on the toilet paper. (Sorry for the details) but I'm a little scared now. My period isn't due for 6 more days and I hardly ever start this early. Could this be implantation bleeding or my period?
