For me ovulation pains are not the same every month. Sometimes very noticeable, other times I don't feel anything. Since we have been doing medicated cycles lately with a trigger shot for ovulation I get so many cramps that I have a hard time noticing it. Best wishes and the Lord's blessings.

Thank you! I can't tell if I ovulated this month. My chart is weird. First time I've ever charted too. I also am a night waker because of my 2 year old. But I try and do it in the am after 3 hours of solid sleep.

Keep charting. It is one of the best things you can too. After a couple of months you will get the hang of it and hopefully, your sleep patterns will become more regular and your chart easier to read!
