I need advice. Boobs hurt, white dots on nipples, feet hurt, back pain, cramps, mood change, etc

Im two days late on my period. I have sore feet and lower back pain. Some cramping. Always tired, more than usual. I noticed white dots on my nipples also (On the tips) I took a test two days before missed period and im pretty sure its either an evap or a negative. My period is three days late. I also just got off nexplanon a little over a month ago. COULD I BE PREGNANT?

I think so. since I have the same thing but I know I had this in the pass and I had a fated line and had a miscarriage. :( It says I am pregnant but will do the test again this weekend to make sure. I used the clear blue one. I wish u good luck.

equaline, from shaws. I plan on taking another more reliable test tomorrow, still no period yet though.
