Still no AF, confused

OK CD37 now had spotting yesterday afternoon, negative pregnancy test today, but still no sign of AF arriving. My last period lasted 15 days, the first week of it was on an off, had to get medication from drs to stop the bleeding. It stopped on the 8th November. Confused
