TTC help ?

I had my last period November 4th-8th. I had intercourse November 16th twice, 18th and the 20th. I'm guessing I ovulated around the 18th..? I've been bloated, nauseous a few times, boobs are sore.. Stomach gurgling/cramping & tingling. I had 4 sharp pains two days ago, more low and to the left. Could I have conceived? When would be best to test? Do all girls experience implantation spotting? *ttc baby #1* :)

I also had my period on Nov 4-9 I ovulated on Nov 18 which made implantation today. I will test tomorrow and then to days later if I am prego I should get a pos result by Nov 29-30. Hope this helps

Not everyone has implantation spotting and its possible if u conceived to get a test and around Nov 29 get a pos result. I have same preg symptoms as u.
