12 DPO and light brown mucousy discharge!!

I am 12 DPO and have been having some intermittent cramping sine about 10 DPO. Yesterday at 11 DPO my cramping was mainly on the right side for some reason. Now today, along with the cramping ( which is now more like normal light cramps) I am having some very light brown discharge that very closely resembles cervical mucous. I had an HSG at the beginning of this cycle, so I don't know if that has caused these new and very different symptoms. I have never just had cramping on one specific side and this discharge is way different than my normal pre period spotting. What do you think it could be? Possible implantation bleeding?
