am i pregnant?

I am 5-6 days late for my period, when period was due I have cramps in my lower abdoman aching, sore nipples and slight lower back ache. I now have nothing other than today I've felt abit nauseated which could be anything really, I'm doing pregnancy tests and not getting anything, I keep thinking I see shadows but not sure :/ driving me crazy :S HELP!
