Question

When do you wo n en count the first day of period?

Some sires say to count from first red blood spotting. Other say to count from y he firts heavy flow so like y he second day? Thats when i get t gh e flow. But last period was 10/27 on cycle day 27 when i was expecting it on the 29. But it was just spotting for seven days it never got heavy even though my periods are never heavy bad just good amount heavy. But this time around just light spotting for 7days. So annoying! Now im on cycle day 31?! And no period? Iv been cramping since forever ago! I tested today and bfn. Ugh. Help ne how to do tjis right please.

If I understand your question right, this is my answer: the first day of your period (full flow, not spotting) is the first day of your new cycle (CD1). Best wishes and the Lord's blessings.

I'm having a hard time understanding the question too, I agree with Phillips. CD 1 is the first full flow day of your period.

I count the first day of real bleeding as first day of period. I usually have spotting a day or two before this.
