Question

Am I still fertile ?? Advice?

Ok quick backstory

I'm 41 , had a mc in jan 2014 :(
Had no period for 3 months after
Took provera , had reg periods from April- sept
Sept 12 was my last period , so for 74 days nothing

Now today I started period again!
Does this mean I can still ovulate now thag period is back?
Anyone in 40s concieve??

I conceived naturally at ages 39, 42, and 45. This is not the norm but many women are still fertile in their 40s. It may take longer to conceive and you might experience some miscarriages along the way but as long as you ovulate you have a chance.
Ask your dr to run some tests, may be a day 21 progesterone test to check for ovulation. You should chart your temperatures for sure, use OPKs also. You might want to get your amh tested as well.
