Weird symptom? 4 weeks 5 days pregnant

I am 4 weeks 5 days pregnant and am having a lot of lower back cramps and "pinching" (the only word I can use to describe it) in my cervix area. It happens every so often and stops. Is this normal? This is my first time pregnant and I'm worried that these are signs that something is wrong.
