How to track your cycle after a miscarriage?
At 10dpo I got a bfp but on 11dpo i miscarried. My period was due Nov 25th but because I had the miscarriage on Nov 22nd and I'm still bleeding I'm notsure how to chart my cycle. Would the 22nd be the first day of my cycle now?

When I led after mc I was told you dont count it as a period until the bleeding has stopped for atleast 2 weeks then the next period will be considered as cycle one .
to track ov I think u would need a predictor kit.
my periods became very irregular after mc but I was 12 weeks along, if you have a chemical pregnancy then they do usually just go bk to normal.
this is what my gp told me , others may av been told different.
