How long after using opk?

This is my third month trying and this month I used opks for the first time. My question is how long after beginning to use opks did you get pregnant?

With my first I started using them after 2 years of trying and got pregnant the 3rd month. Try #2 now off and on for 6 years just found out that even though I'm getting a positive on opk I am actually not ovulating ; ( I have pcos though. Best wishes.
