How do you know you ovulated? I am asking bc I had my progesterone checked on day 21 and it came back a .5 and was told that meant I did not ovulate even though I had a positive OPK on day 13.... :(

From the 2nd day of mensturation, my doc did scan for me on every alternate day. Then, at around 11th or 12th day when she did, she said one follicle is collapsed indicates you have ovulated then she suggested to do BD 3-4 days in a row and put me on progesterone vaginal tabs thrice a day.

you can go for scan at doc's clinic from 2nd day pf period to check when are you ovulating. Good luck! Please share your experiences.

Ok Thank you. My doctor did not mention those scans to me. I am just starting with him after trying for 6 years for #2. This was my first cd 21 bloodwork and ultrasound. I have PCOS :( But I have been having normal periods every month on time and pos opk so I was very shocked and disappointed to hear I am not even ovulating. Best wishes to you.

You are most welcome n thanks for the suggestion to search. :) yes, please start for scan to locate your ovulation date. Even sometimes doc may give you injections to increase follicle. Don't worry. God is with all of us. Just that others turn have come already and ours in queue. :) I am disappointed in 2 yrs only n you TTC from last 6 yrs...you are inspiring me not to lose hope n keep trying. This is my first pregnancy n as always every month whenever i do PG test,it comes out BFN which is very upsetting. But, i regain with new energy n full faith n try again with full enthu n optimism...our prayers will soon be heard by HIM. All the very best to you.

It hard not to lose hope but it took me 2 and half years to get pregnant with my daughter who is now 8. Don't give up :)
