Am i having a miscarriage, implantation or pregnancy spotting ????? ð??¡

Ive been cummed in several times the last two weeks but exactly two weeks and a couple days was the first time, i feel pregnant, i get light headed , im hungry , i feel like im going to throw up, im sleepy, but recently in about the time i was supposed to start my period i had a bit bleeding , not alot but just enough to where when i whiped you could see it. It then changed to a pink dis charge , & now its pink red and brown , I checked again its now gooey / watery/ its bright red mixed with the slightest amount of dark brown or dark red, but when whiped its just a faint bright red almost pink .. have i had a miscarriage or am i experienceing implantation bleeding or pregnancy spotting? can you please let me know what this means.. ?
