Don't understand temps and ovulation?

i posted this yesterday but now updating with cm
I don't understand temps and ovulation and how it all works. I'm going to list my temps which I actually did miss a couple of days so it might be harder but can anyone tell me what day I ovulated?

November 8 97.4
November 9 97.4 watery cm
November 10 97.4 watery cm
November 12 97.2 watery cm
November 13 97.0 egg white cm
November 14 97.4 starting to dry out
November 15 97.8
November 18 97.9
November 19 98.2
November 20 (today) 98.3 dry

Same as yesterday, Nov 13th. Once things change over, progesterone is involved.
