Weird crack on ultrasound

I had an ultrasound yesterday and the baby had a strong heartbeat and measured 7w2d. I noticed when I got home when looking at the printout they gave me that there is a crack in the sac - extending from outside of the sac to the inside, where the darkness surrounds the baby (if that make sense). I'm not sure what it is - could it be my cervix? I'm going to ask the doctor the next time I go I just would like to know any guesses as to what it could be. I wish I could attach a picture. Thanks
