How long have you been trying? There is only a 20% chance of pregnancy each cycle even if you do everything perfect, and that goes down a bit with age. If your screenname is accurate then you are probably fertile, having five kids is a good indicator of that! And getting a blood HCG test at 8 DPO is kind of a waste of time/money, since the average woman doesn't even implant until 9 DPO and it takes time for the hormone to build up. My best advice is to be patient because a lot of women have to try for years to only have one child, and you know you have gotten pregnant successfully in the past and that's more than half the battle. I fully agree with luvtowalkfast. In regards to age you definitely can expect to wait longer for a pregnancy when you are in your 30s compared to your 20s. I would not conclude that you are not fertile any more but you should take into account that with advancing age fertility declines and it generally takes longer to conceive.
