Also wondering about other people's experience using PreSeed. This is my first cycle using it and I really like it. Feels like fertile CM (stretchy between fingers). We always need to use lube when BDing so figured we'd try this. I will be taking a pregnancy test this weekend.

For basal body thermometer, you can either use a regular thermometer or a basal body temperature one, they will both work. Basically, you want to take your temperature right when you wake up in the morning before getting out of bed. You need to wake up around the same time every morning to get accurate readings and also have been asleep for at least 3 hours prior to taking your temperature. This is my first cycle tracking my BBT and it has been super helpful. My temperature spiked the second day of my positive OPK and has remained high since then so I know for sure I O'd. Really good to use to confirm that you actually O'd.

I love preseed! I love how natural it feels...hubs agrees as well!
I make fertile cm but usually only the day before and day of O, obvs ya wanna bd before that if possible. Preseed was awesome for bd'ing before I had the right cm and for those days when u have like 5 mins to get 'er done. We used it for over a year before getting our BFP, but others have had success with it in the first month or so. I havent used any progesterone but I have been taking bbt for a few years, so I can help ya out there if u want. Feel free to msg me if u have any questions.
