Depending on how old you are you should be ttc for a certain amount of time before you start worrying about being sterile. I think your supposed to wait at least a year.

I'm in my early twenties, ttc for 15 months. All my previous tests have come back fine... So that's why I'm baffled, and don't know what else to think

Has your partner been tested?

Yes he was, and his came back fine as well

I've heard that approximately 1/3 of all couples struggling with infertility are "unexplained." Have you been working with a RE?

Egg quality per se cannot be tested. If you do IVF eggs get retrieved and can be looked at. If you do an AMH blood test and the numbers come back low you can expect to have low egg quantity and decreased egg quality. However, this is seldom the case for women in their early twenties unless you have premature ovarian failure. Are you getting the timing right via OPKs, BBT charting and mucus observations? If so, you can try to improve your diet to improve fertility. Marilyn Shannon's book "Fertility, Cycles, and Nutrition" is a great resource for that. Best wishes and the Lord's blessings.
