Digital tests are not nearly as sensitive as line tests. They take a much higher concentration of hCG to turn positive.
I got several positive dip tests and an early response test at 11 DPO, but got a "not pregnant". I didn't get a "pregnant" until 14 DPO, after I had missed my period.

Wait a few days and test again with a digital if you need that reassurance. But if you're getting positives on other tests, you are definitely pregnant.

Congratulations!

There are always two lines on digital tests. One measures hCG, one measures LH. That's why you're not supposed to open them up, they give you false hope. They give you a positive or a negative based on how strong they read those levels.
