Newly pregnant and have a swollen lymph node...very worried

I just had a positive test this past Thursday and yesterday I found a very big very painful lymph node. I'm so worried something might be wrong. What could be causing this? Should I get it checked out as soon as possible? Or should I not be worried? Has anyone else experienced this?

I too am newly pregnant and noticed the glands in my neck to be swollen. A few days later they went down. If you're concerned then have it checked out! Our bodies go through so many changes while pregnant it could just be your body adjusting.
