Use opks

I used the the app and opks just to see if it was right
and it was off by three days

I use it to and its been off a day or two but besides that I like hope for the best

Unless you are taking you temps and checking CM or using OPKs and the apps have software to analyse these then the apps will only use averages based on a 14 day luteal phase. Try the free version of Fertility Friend. This has really good analysing software and learns what is normal for you so it can give you more accurate predicted o and AF days.

OK thanks ladies, I'll go get opks today. I have never charted my temp before do I need to check it at a certain time.

You will need to take your temp as soon as you wake up in the morning and before you get out of bed or have a drink. Try and take it at about the same time every day. It is a very useful way to understand your cycles but it can get addictive! :-)
