Lump in the throat feeling is a very very vague feeling that could be anything. Honestly given my medical education and experience this is not a tell tale symptom or sign. Though we all who have been pregnant before, especially more than once ,have uniquely individual pregnancy symptoms I would suggest giving more time. This way you can put more symptoms if you get them together for a better idea.

My body the last 7 days goes like this -

1 DPO- mild cramps and gas
2 DPO- dull cramps, gas, hip pain, and increased milky CM
3 DPO- same with an added headache
4 DPO- same
5 DPO- same and woke up with the lump in throat feeling and acid reflux that got worse throughout the day, along with a strong pinching feeling late evening that had me stopping in my tracks.
6 DPO- Lump/acid reflux continues and feel very sore from what I can only guess is the strong pinching feeling from the night before (both in uterus area not ovary or cervix). Wondering if it was implantation but still positive it is unlikely since this is our 33rd cycle trying.
7 DPO (today)- random cramping feelings and slight acid reflux continues. All three days it has hurt to drink because of the lump feeling.

An additional thoughts would be great :0)
