Question

10 dpo second thermal shift? Triphiastic ?

Today I am 10 dpo my temps have been pretty steadily going up, and today my temp spiked up 0.36 degrees. Could this be the big inning of triphiastic? I also took a pregnancy test this morning BFN 3 minutes later. Then a few hours later looked at it again and very faint pinkish line, could barely see it, even DH said something is there.....baby dust to all!

Unfortunately one single temperature doesn't mean much. It could go back down tomorrow morning, or it could continue to rise. What really matters is the full pattern of the chart. Generally, you wait three days to see if the temp rise is steady. Sites like fertility friend won't even pinpoint ovulation until you have 3-5 higher temps because one or two don't guarantee much.
It is a good sign if your temps have been steady and haven't come near the cover line, however.

Good luck!
