I'm not sure yet. It took 7 months to conceive the baby we lost, and as of today it's only been 4 weeks exactly since it happened. I'm interested in the responses you get though, some people swear it's easier immediately and others say it takes longer.

My husband and I conceived two times in the first year we started actively TTC. My last miscarriage was on my birthday, July 18th of last year. We conceived again a little over a year later on August 9th 2014. The two prior to that were conceived just months after starting TTC, but this one took over a year.
It was a little more difficult for us as there were a lot of complications after those that contributed to our infertility after our miscarriages, but that's not always the case.

Good luck!

I am wondering the same thing. I MC'd exactly 30 days ago today too. I've heard both responses on easy vs hard. I've read a lot of comments from women that conceived a month after a MC.

I had an ectopic pregnancy in the beginning of the year. Only took us one month of trying! I was thrilled to know how fertile I was and it helped me after the loss. Well here we are 5 months later and no BFP. I know 5 months is nothing but when it happens on the first try a pervious time it becomes worrisome.

I got pregnant after only one month of trying and that one ended in miscarriage at 7 weeks (February of 2013). I then had a chemical pregnancy in August and then finally conceived my baby that I have now in October of 2013. My older sister has had 2 miscarriages and conceived the very next month both times. I think it is different for everybody.

I am very interested in this too, we are ttc again for the first time since our mc 7 weeks ago. I am hoping we fall into the "more fertile" category and pray that if it happens its a keeper this time, losing a baby is such a hard thing!
