What should I do if my New Choice (dollar store) OPK says + & my Clear Blue OPK says - .

Which one do you think I should believe I heard that the New Choice one was more sensitive than Clear Blue

If the line is very clear then you are most likely pregnant. You can have a false neg but not a false pos. Just be careful of an evap line if it isn't clear. It sounds like you are more then likely pregnant so Congrats! :)
