Tooth sensitivity? 9 DPO.

I am 9 DPO and I'm having tooth sensitivity. Not bleeding but my teeth ache!! I'm also having insomnia and peeing a lot. I MC'd on 10-13 and I did ovulate and BD on 11-2. I don't know what the chances are or if i'm just going nuts. :) We weren't really trying this month but I hear a lot of women get PG the month after a MC. Please chime in and give me your thoughts.
