Unfortunately for most the symptoms are very much the same, only thing I noticed last time was my boobs hurt before a period but they don't hurt in the first trimester of pregnancy at all. But its still annoying because symptoms of periods can be different with every period so all we can do is wait till we can test. I was also nauseous from 10dpo last time.

I had cramps for about a week before I got my positive pregnancy test, and sore breasts. Unfortunately, it felt exactly the same as when my period is about to come on, so I had no idea. There was really no difference in the symptoms, so it's hard to tell! The cramps kept up even after the bfp, the doc said that was normal. Good luck to you!
