Chemical pregnancies are mostly due to chromosomal abnormalities. Taking the low dose aspirin won't keep a pregnancy going that is not viable. However, my high risk specialist recommends baby aspirin to anyone with a history of miscarriages as it has anti -inflammatory properties. I have been using it for years because of my antiphospholipid syndrome. I think it is a great idea for you to use it. There is no downside to it.
Red raspberry leaf tea or extract tones the uterus and can be helpful. Stop using it as soon as you get a positive HPT. Women prone to miscarriages should wait until the third trimester to reintroduce it. You may want to read up on this; there are mixed opinions on use and dosage during pregnancy, particularly during the first trimester.
I have been on both supplements for 16+ months without a pregnancy outcome. However, this does not take away the true benefits of both supplements.
Best wishes and the Lord's blessings.

I had a chemical last cycle while taking baby aspirin.
Good luck to you and lots of baby dust.
