I have been using royal jelly per my acupunturist's instructions for a few weeks now. I have not noticed any difference with follicle growth during my stimulated cycles. However, my pocketbook feels it. It is an expensive supplement. I believe you have to take it for at least 3 to 4 months to possibly see a difference as eggs/follicles mature slowly during this timespan before ovulation. I don't think there is scientific evidence that it helps fertility but many sources claim benefits in that regard. Iodine is connected to thyroid function which in turn is connected to your fertility. I have neither used it to support follicle growth nor had anyone recommend it to me. Best wishes and the Lord's blessings.

If clomid/femara don't make you follicles grown according to scans then you would have a serious fertility issue that needs further investigation. Royal jelly is a good food to make your eggs stronger and many women are lacking in iodine anyway. Activated folate is good for you to (I just take a good prenatal now to help eggs qaulity)
