Cramps with IVF any success?

I have been having cramps for the past 2 days. feels like period cramps, but a little different. I had a day 3 transfer 9 days ago and am wondering if anyone has had cramping 9 days after transfer and had a successful pregnancy. I'm also having a lot of lower back pain.

With one of my IVFs I had severe cramping better described as true contractions that brought me to my knees at around that timeframe. I did not succeed that cycle. However, pains and cramps are quite normal during the lp and I would not draw any premature conclusions. I just wanted to let you know about my past IVF experience.
