Question

Where is my period?

I had an ectopic pregnancy in august this yr, very unexpected as I was fitted with a copper coil. I had to have emergency surgery to remove a ruptured tube as I was already 10 weeks pg.5 weeks after this I felt pregnancy symptoms so did a test and it was positive. But sadly a few days later I started to bleed. Doctor said it was a chemical pregnancy. I have not had a period since beginning of September and all pg tests have been negative. I normally experience symptoms so would probably know if I was. Just seeing if anyone knows why I may not have had one yet? Is it because I only have 1 tube after surgery? So ovulation is different or because of the chemical pregnancy? Me and my husband are desperate to try again asap.
