Is there still a chance of pregnancy...
Recently my husband completed a semen analysis. His total count was 276 million with a 4.0 volume. The only abnomailities were vescosity, heads, and his motility was 27%. I know the motility is on the lower side, however I was told that it's not a huge concern. Does anyone have and insight into what our chances are to achieve a pregnancy. We have been trying 16 months with no pregnancy. I just completed my first month of clomid without success. Any insight would be helpful.

My husbands semen analysis said his motility and counts were on the lower end, not too low but not "normal". I do not have to take Chlomid, but I have been TTC for 13 months with no success. There are vitamins like Motility Boost and FertilAide for Men which can help increase the "potency" of a man sperm. We also use Preseed which is a lubricant that is safe to use when your TTC and does not harm the sperm, like a "normal" lube would during the 3-4 day span of ovulation.
I like to try all the "herbal" routes first because I don't see how vitamins can hurt anything. This is what we have been doing this month and I'm 9 DPO, so still too early to test but I'll keep you posted if we have succeeded this month or not. :)
Good luck!

We have also been taking vitamins. I am taking a prenatal, vitamin c and vitamin d because I read a vitamin d deficiency can interfere with fertility. He is taking a multi vitamin and a sperm health vitamin. I think my doctor is going to have him tested again soon. It's just so discouraging each time it fails. I'm just hoping for good news soon. Good luck to you guys! Hope you get your BFP!

Just finished my 5 days of clomid, my fiance is ADHD so is on concerta and reseperidol, which over long term can render him infertile, we are guessing he is on the low side of everything, (haven't had the $500 to test him) so have introduced FertilPro + L Carinite. It increases motility, mortality, yield, etc. All I have to say about this is that it definitely produces more... $74.99 for 90 days without precription (its like a vitamin).

That is a big count and volume, so the motility really means nothing. You still have like 70,000,000 motile sperm per ejaculate. Have they done all the testing on you yet? I would ask for a midcycle ultrasound to make sure your lining isn't thin or being thinned by the Clomid. I wasted four cycles on that sh***y drug and it made my lining paper-thin. GL!
