Need Advice.... So Confused

This month I started taking Vitex, because I have a normally 28 day cycle but sometimes my LP phase was only 8-10 days long. So I did some research and found that some women had success with Vitex.
I used my OPK's and pinpointed ovulation this month, and used Preseed (that stuffs amazing) in hopes of helping us conceive (we've been trying for well over a year now) our first, and only child.
I have been noticing for 3-4 days now some brownish colored discharge, but it's only when I wipe, there is never really any on my undergarments. I feel a little crampy but not bad. If it is AF then this would mean that AF is a week early... which throws my normal cycle all off. I'm only 9 DPO, so it's still too early to test, but I don't know.
Is this normal? Has anyone else had this happen? Any words of wisdom, advice or experience would be much appreciated!
