Will this stop me getting pregnant!

Hi just wanting a bit of advice I have got an awful water infection and just been prescribed antibiotics, never had one before and they are just awful. So my question is will this cut my chances this month? I'm 4dpo ovulation and have regular 28 day cycles been ttc for nearly a year. Thanks and baby dust to all!!!
