I had a positive cb 18 and 19 th of October. Does anyone know which + opk I should use? Sadly I didn't feel any discomfort and I always forget to temp. I'm trying to figure out the proper dpo I am.

It really depends, I always get 2-3 in a row, some time's I O the day after the 1st one, some time's after the second one and some time's it was after the 3rd one... Las month for example, I O'd after the second one (confirmed by u/s, etc) this month, I O'd after the first one.

2008 - Laparoscopy for endometriosis 4 years of TTC (I suspect endo is back due to symptoms but no doctor will beleive me) July 2012: referred to Fertility Clinic August 2012: Test results are back High FSH, Low AFC (could be caused by endo) As I though, the endometriosis is back (take that doctors, I was right, you were wrong) Male factor (perfect count, they are just too stubborn and too lazy to swim properly, LOLL) August 2012: Moving on to IVF

It says you O 12-48 hours after your first positive OPK....the range is there since you can catch your surge at the beginning or at the end depending on when/how often you test. If you catch it at the beginning then usually you will O sometime within the next day or two.
