Brown Discharge on First day of period NO FLOW, Never happened before.. What could be the cause?

I'm very regular about my periods, this month on my first day i've only had brown discharge, no flow whatsoever.. no pain, just regular af symptoms. I've read that it could be old blood, but this has never happened to me before. Very out of the normal. Im on day 29.

I'm having the same brown discharge with no flow. Let me know how it turns out. I'm kind of anxious about testing early. Tired of wasting money on bfns. I'm on CD34. Ovulation day uncertain. Good luck.

Well I continued to spot and bleed very light, not a normal period at all! went to the doc and tested (Urine) and it was negative but he did tell me he needed me back in 2 weeks because he said it may be too early to test! I'm currently CD 33 God Bless!
