Do you usually spot before AF??

If not, then I would say it's not over until the witch shows up... if you do spot before AF (like me) I would start getting mentally prepared for next month. That being said, there's about 20-30% of women, who do spot around that time and do end up pregnant... Unfortunately, you'll either have to wait for a BFP or AF to show.

It's VERY easy to loose hope, especially when it comes to TTC. I'm on month 15 of TTC baby #1 and I find myself loosing hope to. DON'T GIVE UP!!! It's not over until AF arrives, try to relax and not stress (I know easier said than done) but know there are strangers (i.e. ME :) who are pulling for you and are here for you. I know frustrating, disappointing, and heartbreaking this all can be, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel... as far away as it may seem.
I always try to be prepared for next month, just because that gives me peace (being a very type A person) and helps me relax. If need be I can be here for you and support you through this and you can do the same for me. You're not alone... I would say to wait it out and see what happens, but hope is all you have, so don't give up on it :)
How many DPO are you?
And yes I normally spot before AF arrives, and I have a normal 28 day cycle.
