Do All women get implantation spotting? Or can you get it and not even know?

Most women do NOT get any implantation bleeding, probably at least 70% don't. GL!

Thank you I was starting to worry because I haven't that I was not even tho I have not got a conclusive positive yet I feel pregnant my whole body and mind says I am....

I had implantation bleeding with my 4 year old DD and with my MC in July. This time I have had none! So, every pregnancy and woman is different! :)

The only time I didn't get spotting was when I was pregnant, so for me spotting meant AF and no spotting meant PG. Spotting just like another potential PG symptom will differ from one women to another, one pregnancy to another etc. What's right for you one time may not be the next, and what's right for me, may not be for you..

2008 - Laparoscopy for endometriosis 4 years of TTC (I suspect endo is back due to symptoms but no doctor will beleive me) July 2012: referred to Fertility Clinic August 2012: Test results are back High FSH, Low AFC (could be caused by endo) As I though, the endometriosis is back (take that doctors, I was right, you were wrong) Male factor (perfect count, they are just too stubborn and too lazy to swim properly, LOLL) August 2012: Moving on to IVF
