2nd round of IUI. This time injectable for 5 days. What to expect when my follicles will cross 18mm

My lmp was on 24th oct. Today was my first injectable. On day 2 scan got to know I got in all 7 follicles between 3-5mm. I got my next scan on cd 8.
Last cycle I ovulated with trigger on cd 16.
Just bit curious. When exactly the follicles will be 18 mm above. I feel sat n sun coming between so I should not be late to trigger myself. Please help if u can share some experience.

From my limited experience with injectable cycles, the follicles grow about 2mm a day. So just add 2mm to the largest follicle for each day to see when that one will be 18 mm. Your dr will tell you when to trigger, then you will ovulate ~36 hrs later. Each cycle may be a day to a few days different (as far as trigger time), even with the same medications and protocol. That's what my RE tells me. Good luck!
