Is there still hope? Could I be pregnant?

Cd 30 15 dpo AF 1 day late, getting a little discouraged, had a bfn negative for the past 4 days and today bfn my (sorry tmi) nipples are really sore and have had on an off cramping but not as intense as my usual mensies and I keep thinking I'm getting my period but it's not it's just clearish discharge. Anyone els had these symptoms and we're pregnant? And I've been really moody

if you have been getting bfn's could you of O'd late? and it's not time yet? did you test for O? or are your cycles normal?
