Some women bleed throughout pregnancy, my friend bled so bad she had to be rushed to hospital, baby is now 12 years old
Keep an eye on the bleed and test when bleed is over,
If you tested before af due it could be a chemical x

I got a BFP at 11DPO and started spotting on 14DPO. I had a history of miscarriages so I went in to see my Primary care doctor and got an appointment with an NP. She assured me I was having a miscarriage and even went so far as to discuss which doctors I would need to visit "after this miscarriage" to help aid my TTC journey once again. But just in case, they did my betas a couple days apart. Guess what? I doubled just fine and am now over 13 weeks in!
If possible, I would have them test your betas a couple days apart just in case the bleeding isn't anything serious. Bleeding in early pregnancy is pretty common, and I was told that AFTER they scared me to death about miscarriage.
Like Tottie said, if you got a BFP before af was even due, you may be having a chemical, but I would keep testing to make sure your lines are getting darker which would mean the pregnancy is still ok.

So sorry to hear you are going through this. My friend too bled through her pregnancy like a full on period, she found out at 5 mths she was expecting! Unfortunately for me I had this happen twice to me @ 6 weeks in the last 4 mths and both times it did end in miscarriage ( 2 weeks after initial spotting) but I'm pleased Dana posted as it doesn't always end the pregnancy in all cases. I too was told to expect a miscarriage after being checked by a specialist on day 2 of the spotting and sadly it did for me. Ttc over 40 yrs appears to be my problem but I'm keeping everything crossed for you x

I had a very similar situation happen to me back in July. I wasn't expecting to be pregnant but as I was leaving work, I thought to myself, where's my period? Only to realize I was 3 days late. I stopped at walmart and got a test, honestly not expecting much. Took it as soon as I got home and to my surprise it was positive! I was soo happy and told everyone! Even had to take 2 more tests just to be sure lol. Well 2 days later, I woke up with those typical stomach pains :( I already knew. So I went to the doc for a blood test and sure enough, I lost the baby. July 10th, I'll never forget. So I feel for u and I know we WILL have our rainbow babies! Good luck to u babe! Im here for u!
