Could change in tww symptoms be a sign?
Normally, since we began trying, I wake up feeling sick every morning and my breasts/nipples are sore after ovulation until af shows. This cycle, I felt sick for the first few dpo but yesterday (4dpo) I woke up feeling great, no sickness or anything throughout the day, and feel good today (except bad heartburn) Also, this cycle my breasts/nipples aren't sore at all, which is unusual. Could these be signs that it might have finally happened for us?

Unfortunately Tottie is correct. Firstly, the earliest you can implant is 6 DPO, so at this point, it's impossible for you to be getting pregnancy symptoms as you are not even pregnant yet.
Secondly, each cycle can vary from the last. New symptoms don't always mean something. You can get different symptoms each time just from your body reacting differently to the level of Progesterone. At this point in your cycle, Progesterone is what is responsible for all symptoms which is why women who are TTC should try NOT to symptom spot because Progesterone symptoms and pregnancy symptoms are impossible to tell apart.
