Implantation Bleeding or is period starting?

Hi Ladies!
I was just wondering I got a + OPK the 13th-15th of this month. We BD the 7th-10th the 11th,13th, and 15th. I took a Pregnancy test (I know way to early but I was having abdominal cramps and tender sore breasts) the 22nd and today and both were negative. I started spotting this afternoon only see it when I wipe though. Two of my apps are telling me different period start dates one is telling me the 26th and the other is telling me the 31st. Im confused as to if this could be implantation or the start of me period. My first pregnancy we found out was May 29th of this year ended June 3rd in it being ectopic so this is the first cycle back to trying so was wondering if any other ladies had this issue or what you all thought.
