Tested positive at 10dpo but im scared incase I get my period
With my last child I didnt know until I was 8 weeks pregnant I was too busy to realise I hadn't had a period for 2 months.. but I tested positive at 10 dpo & 11 dpo (today) but im scared incase I get my period and the egg hasnt implanted properly and flushes away. Gp said my midwofe is away for two weeks too!! Argh

Testing positive earlier doesn't have any correlation with miscarriage. As long as you are not having bleeding or severe cramping, there's nothing to worry about yet. Just take it easy!
Like nonyka said, if you're getting a BFP, your baby has implanted and you are pregnant.
