Had D&C Aug. 29th still no period n fibroid size of golfball on my uterine wall. Anyone experien

I had a D&C Aug. 29th and still no period. I have been having abdomen pains and there's a fibroid cyst/tumor on uterine wall. I don't know if this is what caused my miscarriage and if could do so in the future but i'm real worried about no period. Did anyone have a fibroid or not start their period for some time after D&C and how was it. Intercourse isn't too comfortable. As much as I don't want surgery, I feel like it might be for the best. Any Advice ladies?? I want to start to try to conceive again, but with these troubles, I feel as If I can't.
