Was my pregnancy test an evap line?

I am 7 or 8dpo today (I know, still very early) :). Yesterday I took a pregnancy test just because I am obsessive like that and I have a ton. I noticed something come up within 10 minutes (no idea if it had any color). It didn't get any darker. However, I shinned a light through the back of it about 30min after I took the test and it was a very obvious pink. Same thickness as the control line and in the right spot. In fact, the line is stilll there right now (when I shine a light from the back of the test). You still can't tell from the front of the test, though. I took two more tests this morning and I don't see any faint lines at all. I am thinking I should just count that as a negative, but I wanted to see if anyone else has experienced something like that and what was your result? I want to just count it as an evap, but that beautiful pink is really getting to me. I feel like if it was a BFP my tests today would have given me a positive.
