Having AF symptoms more intense than usual, sore boobs, cramps ect.. could this be symptoms?

I have in the Past thought I was pregnant, but ended up being AF symptoms. This time I had sex On my exact ovulation days (calculated) and I am having stong AF like symptoms 7DPO. I don't want to assume, but I just think this is definetly out of the ordinary.. My inner thighs are a bit sore (not common for me) and get random tingling sensations in my hands, elbows and inner arms. Not Excessive CM, but yes white and cloudy. Thankyou!
